I have a lot of sailing experience, with over 8,000 miles on tall ships and yachts in my RYA logbook. In addition I am an adept dinghy sailor and love to get afloat on just about anything that floats whenever I can! My current boat? A top end family sized inflatable canoe to get my daughter into waterborne adventure…

A potted sailing CV includes sailing the US Great Lakes and NE Seaboard on the 186ft SSV Rose, crossing the Caribbean on the SY Sea Cloud, as well as a number of deliveries around the UK and across the English Channel. In addition, I have sailed dinghies of various types as well as canoed and surf canoed in places as diverse as the Falklands, West Wales and the Shenandoah River…
